He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Edwin Brown and Leona Emmalyn Opal Brown; and his sisters, Patricia Evalyn, Lillian Marie and Laura Lee "Lolly".
He is survived by: his wife Janet Brown; his siblings, Cledia Elizabeth Scott, Bobbie Jean Brennan, Michael Dean Brown, Doris Eileen Vigil and David Lawrence Brown; and his children, Jack Ray Brown Jr., Tausha Leigh Williams and Tessa Rae Grannan. He is also survived by great grandchildren.
