She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Aksamit and Marjorie Aksamit. She is survived by: her husband Scott Brooks; her children, Ryan Brooks and Amanda Hebert (Justin); her brothers, Dan (Leah) and Greg (Johnna); and her nieces and nephews, Stephanie, Melanie, Connor and Mikey. She is also survived by her family, friends.
