She was predeceased by: her husband Willis S. Sample; and her parents, Johanna V. Johnson (Jo) and Raymond Johnson. She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Sample (Cyndy), Joseph Sheehan, Vicky Jorgensen [Sherman Jorgensen] and Courtney Sample [Allison Brandenburg]; her grandchildren, Kevin Sheehan, Johanna Sheehan, Allison Sheehan and Tracyjo; her close friends, Linda and Betty McPhilimy; her brother Ray; and her friends, Mary, Albert, Frieda, Woody, Joyce, Bob, Donna, Andrew, Nadina and Christine. She is also survived by four grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
