He is survived by: his significant other Kristie Lee Hampton; his children, Christopher, Matthew (Dori), Kathryn (Matt), Douglas (Lynette) and Rebecca (Jason); his grandchildren, Gabrielle, Jessica, Jamie, Emily, Cullen, Madison, Aaron, Aidan, Brenden, Gavin, Chase, Broderick, Lucas, Audrey-Grace, Michael and Charlotte; and his brother Robin (Sherrye). He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
