Robert left this world on December 20, 2025 at the age of 76, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Clem Hayes and Virginia Vickers Hayes; his wife Loana-Amber; his children, Augustus "Gus" Hayes, Becky Guy and Ryan Hayes; his stepchildren, Amber English, Gavin, Dartanyan and Mya Baker; his grandchild Atticus Guy; his stepgrandchildren, Morgan, Hayden, Bergen English and Aramis; his siblings, Sue Bauer, Dr. Greg Hayes and Ginger Frahm; his former wife Randa; and his son Sean Gibbons Hayes.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, June 19th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Golden High School (701 24th St, Golden, CO 80401).
In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to the Golden High School Alumni Association at P.O. Box 472, Golden, CO 80402. Or Golden High School Alumni Foundation (https://www.goldenhighalumni.org) Bob was president of the Alumni Association for many years.
