He is survived by: his wife Kelly; his mother Judy; his stepfather Gary Lynch of Oklahoma City; his brother Gary Alan Smith of Oklahoma City; his children, Hailey Dye of California and Kyle of Oklahoma City; and his grandchild Ashlyn Milligan of Oklahoma. He is also survived by aunts, cousins and family.
