He was predeceased by : his parents, Refugio Sr. Urias and Eluteria Urias (Marques); and his siblings, Ricardo Urias, Refugio Urias Jr., Elba Ortiz and Lupe Gonzales (Pablo).

He is survived by : his wife Florence Urias of Granada, Colorado; his daughters, Pamela Urias of Lamar, Colorado, Rebecca Urias of Lamar, Colorado and Claudia Enciso (Juan Carlos) of Lamar, Colorado; and his sister Enedina Aguilar (Alberto) of Odessa, Texas.
