He was predeceased by: his parents, Ignacio Silvas and Juanita Silvas (Urbina); his grandson Ignacio "Nachie" Aparicio; and his siblings, Lupe Silvas, Minga Estrada, Petra Diaz and Felipe Silvas.
He is survived by: his wife Maria Silvas; and his children, James Silvas (Maria) of Pueblo, CO, Gloria Beards of Aurora, CO, Ignacio Silvas (Linda Bergara) of Granada, CO, Silvia Aparicio of Granada, CO, Carolina Mendez of Granada, CO, Rosa Solorzano of Granada, CO and Tony Silvas (Stephanie) of Port Arthur, TX.. He is also survived by twenty grandchildren, forty-seven great-grandchildren and six great-great-grandchildren as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other family and a host of friends.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witness either direct or in care of the funeral home office.
