He was predeceased by : his parents, Roy Terhune and Annette Terhune; and his siblings, Peggy Terhune and Terry Terhune. He is survived by : his brother Steve Terhune; his daughter Annette Terhune-Kracl; his son-in-law Adam Kracl; and his grandsons, Logan Kracl and Parker Kracl.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made in Jack's name to Grand County Pet Pals, or to a charity of their choice.
