He is survived by: his wife Michelle Monheiser; his children, Samatha Bosch, Jason Freeman, Nathan Salazer, Phylicia and Jeston Freeman; his sister Tammie Peterson; his stepdaughter Alissa Monheiser; and his grandchildren, Kolt, Dawson, Kyler, Kellon and Kolby.
