He was predeceased by: his mother Virginia Urrutia (Contreras). He is survived by: his father Daniel Urrutia (Romelia); his wife Madison; his children, Zyan (Autumn), Kenyon (Tyeler), Aramis and Amaya; his granddaughter Briar; and his siblings, Daniel Urrutia (Jen), Erica Nevarez (Juan) and Brandy Henderson (Geoff). He is also survived by extended family that includes many nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts and cousins.
