Wayne Swanson wrote a sympathy message

“Dick was a dear friend of mine. My supervisor, and friend. The whole time I knew Dick; his thoughts never changed. He stayed positive and focused, loved and laughed. Faced a lot of trials like a man. One description of Dick is he was all man.! He dealt with it like a man. I will miss him and my prayers go out to his loved ones. Wayne”
