He was predeceased by: his wife Sue Shores Brown; his parents, Alfred Wesley Brown and Louva May Nelson Brown; his siblings, Wes, Darel Brown, Theora Robinson and Alice Winifred Brown; his brother-in-law Frank Dunn; his nephew Larry Brown; and his great grandchild Kanton Jasper Gressman.
He is survived by: his friend Bill Stewart; his children, Jay Brown (Susan) and Diana Kirby (Steve) of Delta, Colorado; his siblings-in-law, Dorothy Brown Weiben and Phil Robinson; his siblings, Wayne Brown (Beverly) of Montrose, Colorado and Lynn Dunn; his sister-in-law Jane Brown; his grandchildren, Dustin (Lauren), Dr. Cassandra Brown (Adam Clifford), Andrea (Jason), Audra Penasa (Mitch), Cole Kirby and Shayna Kennedy (Tanner); his great grandchildren, Cale Ky (Emilie), Creide and Kearyn; and his grandchild Brinleigh Clifford. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
