He was predeceased by: his father Duane Eugene Polson. He is survived by: his children, Gary Polson (Joe) and Kara Franco; his daughter-in-law Kathleen Cook-Polson; his grandchildren, Stellar Cook-Polson, Landon Franco and Alayna Franco; his mother Patricia Polson; and his siblings, Scott Polson, Randall Polson, Barb Polson and Rodger Polson.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the American Legion (40772 Lamborn Mesa Rd, Paonia, CO 81428).
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Gary's memory to Rose Hill Hospitality House at 605 26-1/2 Rd., Grand Junction, CO 81506.
