He is survived by: his siblings, Jim Foy (Sandy), Verna Butcher (Gordon) and Susan Herrick; his children, Jack Foy Jr. (Tara), Corey Foy (Michaelle) and Shelley Hupp (William); his grandchildren, Bridget Padilla (Carlos), Tiffany Windsor (Jeremiah), Kylie Foy, Tyler Foy, Brendan Foy, Chloe Rapier, Cameron Rapier, Christopher Hupp, Carrie Hupp and William Hupp Jr.; and his close friend Donna Whetstone. He is also survived by 3 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
