He was predeceased by: his parents, E. J. Mayhew and Helen Mayhew. He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Lisa (John) and Michael (Carrie); his grandchildren, Chase, Cooper, Bryce and Leah; and his brothers, Robert (Julie) and Allen (Parys).
