He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert "Bub" Woodworth and Alda Woodworth; his siblings, Jaynie Akeman and William "Bill" Woodworth; and his granddaughter Kristin Woodworth.

He is survived by: his wife Sue Woodworth (Adams); his sons, Joel Woodworth and Jeff (Megan Woodworth); and his grandchildren, Ashley, Dylan and Adalin Woodworth.
