He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph LeRoy Bair and Lila Isabella Healey Bair; his daughter Michelle Rose Bair; his daughter-in-law Irma Rachelle Smith; and his grandson Levi Golden Bair.
He is survived by: his wife Christine Lindsay Bair; his daughter Louise E. Bair (Britt Gibson) of Santee, CA; and his son-in-law Fred Jarvis. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren.
