With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Leah D Kitson (Grand Junction, Colorado), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 25, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Leah farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Leah is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She is survived by: her children, Marty Kitson, Dean Kitson (Kathleen), Teri Austin (Mike) and Lant Kitson (Megan Evers); her brothers, Gary Edwards (Cindy), Randy Edwards (Ileen) and Lloyd Nelson (Linda); and her sisters-in-law, Evelyn Cronk and Myrna Westernman (Vance). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, and 16 great-grandchildren.
