He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Altenbern and Helen Altenbern; his sister Donna; and his granddaughter Cally. He is survived by: his uncle Harry; his wife Myrna; his children, Stephanie Thorpe (Butch) and Kevin Pittman (Jeana); his siblings, Max Altenbern (Jerrie) and Karen Hardrick (Frank); his grandchildren, Jason, Zach Thorpe, Danyielle Blaylock, Brent and Linda Pittman; and his great grandchildren, Brady Thorpe, Haleigh, Cersei Blaylock and Hannah Gay. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
