It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Manuelita Sawyer in Grand Junction, Colorado, who passed away on December 31, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Domingo Romero and Eva Romero; her husband Jose Sawyer; her brothers, Frank, Larry and Willie; and her grandson Jimmy Jo.
She is survived by: her children, Joe Sawyer (Judith), Ramona Sawyer, John Sawyer (Sarah), Mary Miller (Guy), Dale Sawyer, Tony Sawyer (Adina), Arthur Sawyer, Manual Sawyer and Christopher Sawyer; and her siblings, Rita Arnett, Junior and Steve Romero. She is also survived by 31 grandchildren, 36 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
