With sadness, we share the passing of Martha Raczka (Hitchcock, Texas). Martha, born on May 16, 1940 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, passed away on September 9, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Scruggs and Estelle Scruggs (Spencer); her husband Rudolph Raczka; and her siblings, Elvira Fisher, Dona Marie Cole, Elenor Schmauhaus and Spencer Scruggs.
She is survived by: her children, Michael David Raczka (Teresa) of Pasadena and Penny Eleanor Raczka of Crosby; her grandchildren, Mikie Raczka, Jason Raczka, Stevie Northrup, Laura Morris and Ray Jennings; her great grandchildren, Tristan Northrup, Autumn Northrup, Logan Morris and Xia Raczka; and her friends, Tammi, Roger Irvin and Linda Savoni. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Hayes Funeral Home Chapel (10412 Hwy 6, Hitchcock, TX 77563). A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Chapel of Hayes Funeral Home (10412 Hwy 6, Hitchcock, TX 77563).
