He was predeceased by: his parents, William Gordon Carver and Wilodean Hunter Carver; and his brothers, Pat and Bill. He is survived by: his wife Diane Hardin Carver; his children, Danica Carver Moyer (Timothy) and Hunter Carver (Jill); and his grandchildren, Andrew, Isaiah, Aspen, Aaron and Ethan.

A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Veterans Memorial Cemetery of Western Colorado. A celebration of life was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 10:30 AM and on Saturday, November 28th 2026 at 10:30 AM.
