He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh Urtice Armstrong (Robbie Crisp Armstrong) and Bob; and his sister Virginia Armstrong Burris. He is survived by: his wife Paula Ruth Starbuck; his children, Paul Armstrong (Heather Stickler) and Cynthia Armstrong (Chris Becker); and his grandchildren, Josie, Walker, Lexi, Cia and Cameron.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Church on the Rock (2170 Broadway, Grand Junction, CO 81507).
