He is survived by: his brother John (Alice) of Pueblo, CO.; his stepdaughter Susan Chadwick (Kenneth) of Minturn, Colorado.; his grandchildren, Jessie Pettis (Vincent), Kevin and Michael Chadwick; and his great grandchildren, Dane and Owen Pettis. He is also survived by Two nieces, a Nephew and numerous grand Nieces and Nephews.
