He is survived by: his wife Rosalie Muirhead (Hanscome); his children, Allen Muirhead, Dean Muirhead (Jeri) and Cheryl Murphy (Tom); his grandchildren, Cammy Barr (Ryan), Brayden Muirhead, Casie Carrasco (Nate) and Bayliegh Bohn (Scott); his great grandchildren, Adalyn Barr, Brody Barr, Barrett Bohn and Pax Bohn; and his siblings, Janet Hill (Stan), Sharon Knudson, Shirley Wertz and Larry Muirhead (Sharon).
