He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Mayeda and Chiyoko Mayeda (Arakawa). He is survived by: his children, Steven Mayeda (Michelle) of LaSalle and Traci Castro (Richard) of Denver; his grandchildren, Amie Gonzales (Josh) of Evans, Kayla Mayeda of LaSalle, Joshua Montoya of Greeley and Samuel Mayeda (Jazmine) of Thornton; his great grandchildren, Xavier Gonzales, Abigail Gonzales and Jacquelynn Mayeda; and his siblings, Iris Miyoshi (Gerry) of Greeley and Doug Mayeda (Letha) of Greeley.
