He was predeceased by : his parents, Joseph Gutierrez and Mary Gutierrez (Ayala); and his brother Tom Gutierrez. He is survived by : his sons, Matthew Gutierrez (Amanda) and Craig Gutierrez (Sarah); his siblings, Pat Gutierrez and Tony Baros; and his grandchildren, Cruz, Ella, Aliza, Ava and Joey Gutierrez. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
