He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Barnes and Darlene Barnes (Miles); and his siblings, Debbie Mills and Dennis Barnes. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Hunter Durling of Greeley, Colorado; his children, Nicole Cady (John) of Idaho, Michael Durling of Phoenix, Jordan Durling of Wasilla and MacKenzie Barnes of Greeley, Colorado; and his siblings, Darrell Barnes (Debbie) of Walla Walla, Dale Barnes, Pam of Walla Walla, Dean Barnes of Mexico and Donna Karrels (Scott) of Milton-Freewater, Oregon. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren.
