He was predeceased by: his parents, James W. Dobbins and Shirley V. Dobbins (Fowler); and his brother Jim Dobbins. He is survived by: his wife Kay Loree Adams of Greeley; his children, Suzanne Brandt (Wade) of Rapid City and Gary Jr. (Leslie) of Longmont, Colorado; his grandchildren, Alexis (Brandt) and Peterson (Frank) of Rapid City, SD; his children, Amy Brandt of Sioux Falls, SD, Joshua Dobbins (Courtney) of Longmont and Courtney Dobbins of Denver; and his great grandchild Deacon Peterson.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to the First Christian Church Memorial Fund are suggested.
