Gilbert leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Gilbert’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Gilbert will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He was predeceased by: his parent Felipita Gallegos Valencia; and his siblings, Rita Blatter, Fred Valencia and Alex Valencia. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Valencia; his siblings, Maria Corola, Dora Esparza (Tom), Larry Valencia (Viola), Ernie Valencia and Ricky Valencia (Donna); and his siblings-in-law, Sandra Ballard (Randy), Rosemary Polimeni and Randy Bell (Peggy).
A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, October 28th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Kimberly's Event Center (1029 8th Ave, Greeley, CO 80631).
