He is survived by: his parents, Michael Salazar (Mandy Chavez Salazar) and Amy Salazar; his siblings, Kane Salazar (Courtney), Mychala Salazar, Tayven Chavez Salazar and Tyrese Chavez; and his grandparents, Joe and Brenda Verdoorn. He is also survived by extended family and many friends.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Lighthhouse Family Mortuary (3600 W 22nd St, Greeley, CO 80634). A reception was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
