He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Jerry Olin and Margorie Olin (Hancock); his grandparents, Freida Olin, William Olin, John Hancock and Viola Wanger (Hancock); his wife Wava Olin (Kraft); his children, James William Olin, Zackary Dean Olin and Maragret Leeann Olin (Matthew Aguiar); his grandchildren, Aaron Severns, Ryleigh Olin, Makayla Olin, Hailie Olin, Tessa Aguiar, Raelynn Roddy, Mallory Aguiar, Mason Aguiar, Laylah Olin and Bentley Olin; and his siblings, John Olin, Wayne Olin, Laura Olin and Jill Olin Parks. He was also cherished by his family and friends, especially his Children and Grandchildren.

A memorial service was held on Wednesday, May 29th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the First Church of the Nazarene (2515 W 16th St, Greeley, CO 80634).
