He was predeceased by: his parents, Virginia Younkin and Harry Younkin; his son Randy Finley; his grandson Johnny Finley; and his brother Donald Younkin.
He is survived by: his significant other Ginnie Finley; his children, Vicki Ouellette (Tim), Kristi McDonald (Randy) of Greeley, Lisa Finley (Gregg Peter) of Loveland, Andrea Aughinbaugh (Bob) of Thermopolis, Wyoming, Diane Finley of St. George, Utah and Craig Finley (Lucinda) of Bridger, Montana; and his daughter-in-law Berta Finley of Evans. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren.
