She is survived by: her husband Dennis Shackelford; her daughters, Tammy Arnold and Sherri Boltz (Brian); her granddaughters, Valerie Johnson and Shelsee Shackelford; her great grandchildren, Reganne and Kylie Johnson; and her nephews, Steve, David and Kenny Koeppen.
