We announce the death of Jeffery Christopher Hubbard of Greeley, Colorado, who passed away on September 5, 2026, at the age of 54. Jeffery will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Jeffery’s absence will be deeply felt by those who valued his companionship.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Albert, Irene Hubbard of Illinois, Claude Collard and Alice Weir of Colorado. He is survived by: his parents, Claudia Hummel (Collard) of Boulder and Larry Hubbard of Princeton, IL; his stepsister Beth Chaffee (Jon) of Scottsdale, AZ; and his half-siblings, Robert, Andrew Hubbard and Allison Foster (Jerad). He is also survived by several loving aunts and uncles, nieces and nephews, and cousins.
A funeral Mass was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Thomas Aquinas University Parish (898 14th St, Boulder, CO 80302).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Special Olympics in Chris's memory.
