It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jessie Serrato of Greeley, Colorado, born in Sedgwick, Colorado, who passed away on November 27, 2022, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ignacio Jimenez and Ismael Jimenez (Tapia); her husband Norberto Serrato; her sons-in-law, David Ortiz and Russell Varos; her siblings, Nellie, Connie, Pete and Herman; and her half-siblings, Laura, Lupe, Pat and John.
She is survived by: her children, Joe Jimenez (Karen), Jesus Jimenez (Ruby), Gloria Ochoa (Ray), Josie Varos and Dave Jimenez (Annette); and her sister Neisha Hernandez (Chris). She is also survived by many grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
A memorial has been established in Jessie's memory for later designation.
