He was predeceased by: his wife Nadine (Meisner); his parents, Karl Kler and Florentina Kler (Meyer); and his siblings, Emma, Edward, Albert, Mary, Robert, Rose and August.
He is survived by: his children, Karl Kler (Deniece), Kathleen Kler, Kristine Ferrill (Gregg) and Karen Schneider (Jim); and his grandchildren, Jennifer Roll, Ryan Kler, Nathan Comsia, Aaron Comsia, Haakon Haakenson, Kimberly Kepler, Alyson Ferrill and Emily Schneider. He is also survived by sixteen great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren, plus numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
Recognized for over 4300 hours in the RSVP Shopping Program, Triangle Cross Ranch, a Christian residential community, and performing maintenance at Our Savior's, he was inducted into the Greeley/Weld Senior Foundation Hall of Fame in 2009.
