He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Grugel and Meta Grugel (Reinking); his brother Raymon Grugel; and his granddaughter Madeleine Grugel. He is survived by: his wife Donna Grugel of Waterloo, WI; his sons, Karl Grugel (Sharon) of Crestwood, KY, Charles Grugel (Phillis) of Plover, WI and Adam Grugel (Daniela) of Humble, TX.; his grandchildren, Catherine Grugel, Anna Grugel, Georgia Grugel, Maximilian Grugel, Amelia Grugel and Eleanora Grugel; and his sisters, Kathleen Purtill and Marie Hurt (Steve).
