He is survived by: his wife Sandra Kay Heine; his children, Kevin Wagner (Kazusa), Monica Wagner Smith and Philip Wagner (Shera); his granddaughter Lyla; and his sisters, Linda Haddad and Laurel Kibler. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
