He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Amick and Irma Amick (Sloan); and his sister Judy Amick. He is survived by: his wife Colleen Schrader of Greeley; his daughters, Jody Rothe (Terry) of Greeley and Kimberly Amick (Travis Franz) of Severance; his grandchildren, Hannah Rothe of Kansas City, Nathan Rothe of Fort Collins, Michael Rothe of Greeley, Adalyn Rothe of Greeley, Gracyn McCoy of Greeley, Samantha McCoy of Greeley, Chelsea McCoy of Severance and Paisley Cody of Severance; and his sister JoAnne Amick of Greeley. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
