He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Curtis (Heather), Kevin and Erica (Daniel Bertram); his grandchildren, Laysha O'Shields (Tyler), Kellsi Urquhart (Jon), Alex Campbell (Morgan), Zabastian Medina, Angelis Medina, Isabelle Bertram (Totianna), Danica Bertram and Amaya Bertram; his great grandchildren, Willow, Orrin, Riley, Noah, Sophie, Sawyer, Sander and Stryker; and his siblings, Leonor Ramirez, Lina Trevino, Jose David Medina (Mandy), Maria Morrell (Art), Dora Chavez (Guillermo), Mario Medina (Michelle), Rudy Medina (Reyna), Norma Sotelo (Cipriano) and Blanca Santoya.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Stoddard Funeral Home (3205 W 28th St, Greeley, CO 80634). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 9:30 AM at the St. Peter's Catholic Church (915 12th St, Greeley, CO 80631). A committal service was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Hillside Cemetery (Co Rd 12, WATTENBURG, CO 80621).
