She was predeceased by: her parents, Columbus Davis and Deena Davis; her children, Timothy Leaf, Claud Melvin Leaf and Patsy Stewart (Leaf); and her grandson Adam Leaf.
She is survived by: her son Dean Leaf; and her grandchildren, Everret Stewart, Shelly Whight, Krystal Stewart, Fawn Leaf, Justin Leaf and Ashley Leaf. She is also survived by 15 great grandchildren and 7 great great grandchildren.
