He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Jason Ortgiesen and Dallas Pearl Ortgiesen (Staley); his grandson Noah Ortgiesen; and his brother-in-law Terry Adamson. He is survived by: his sons, Jesse William Ortgiesen and Jamin Willis Ortgiesen; his wife Carol Ortgiesen; his grandson Isaiah Ortgiesen; his uncle Gary Ortgiesen; and his sister Beverly Adamson. He is also survived by 17 nieces and nephews.
