He was predeceased by: his mother Florence Cutler (Rowe); his grandparents, George and Laura Rowe; and his brother Kenneth Cutler. He is survived by: his wife Marsha Cutler; and his children, Rebecca Cutler of Greeley, Thomas Collins (Jessica Neville) of Boulder, Jennifer Collins (Michael Sturdy) of Eaton and Carrie Collins of Eaton. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
