Fulton Jr. of Greeley, Colorado, born in Oakland, California, who passed away on April 3, 2022, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Fulton, and Thelma Fulton, Sr. (Cass); and his son Judd. He is survived by: his wife Annie; his children, Lori Rutledge of Parker and Todd Fulton (Jarae) of Eaton; his grandchildren, Jordan Rutledge, Ben, Emi and Drew Fulton; and his sister Pam Cooper (Mike). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
