With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Theresa M. Sartz of Greeley, Colorado, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 25, 2025 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Susa and Gertrude Susa (Rising); and her siblings, Martin Susa (Gertrude), John Susa (Gertrude), Edward Susa (Elizabeth), Benedict Susa (Marlys), Rudolph Susa (Nelda) of Longmont, CO, Dorothy Green (Kirk) and Catherine Barthel (Sylvester).
She is survived by: her close friend Donald D. Sartz; her sons, Greg Sartz (Denise) of West Linn, OR and Col. Tim Sartz of Niceville, FL; her grandchildren, Chelsey Sartz of Vancouver, B. C., Megan Sartz of Boise, ID., Brian Sartz of Fairfield, CA and Katherine McWilliams (Cody) of Jacksonville, FL.; and her sisters, Clara Michels (Frank) of Beach, ND, Frances Zachmann (Paul) of Baker, MT and Marie Nistler (Donald) of Golva. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, their children and many friends.
In lieu of flowers to honor her life, contributions may be made to St. Mary Catholic School in Greeley, CO or St. John Neumann Catholic Church in Yuma, AZ.
