He is survived by : his brother Jerry Carter of Cheyenne; his wife Susan Carter; his daughter Cynthiann Daniels; and his grandchildren, Sean Carter, Maggie Carter, Carly Romero (Carter), Kyrrah and Cierra Daniels.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 10th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Cheyenne National Cemetery (8611 Hildreth Rd, Cheyenne, WY 82009).
