He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Cecil and Clara Cecil (Todd); and his siblings, Claude, Clayton (Phillip), Ella Mae and Richard.
He is survived by: his wife Penny (McChesney); his children, Wesley "Wes" Cecil, Mark Cecil (Debbie), Nicholas "Nick" Cecil (Amber) and Jennifer Downey (Nathan "Nate"); and his grandchildren, Andrew, Ellie, Samantha, Cara, Makayla, Samuel, Robby, Liam and Annie.
Viewing will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Adamson Life Celebration Home (2000 47th Ave, Greeley, CO 80634). A burial will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025.
In lieu of flowers, the family invites donations of new toys (or monetary donations accepted to be donated) in Bill's honor. We will have a donation box to drop new toys at his barbeque celebration to be donated to various local children's charities.
