He is survived by: his children, Richard Rinker (Linda) of Henderson, NV, Victoria Roe (Mitchell) of Colorado and Scott Rinker (Sandy) of Fort Collins, CO; his grandchildren, Emily Rinker of Fort Collins, CO, Kylee Rinker of Fort Collins, CO, Brian Roe (Bobbi) of Colorado, Mesa, Ethan Roe of Colorado and Tempe; and his great grandchildren, Cedar Roe and Aspen Roe.
